Business trips to other countries always come with numerous challenges, and when the goal is to open a new factory in China, these challenges take on a new dimension!
This was precisely the case for the three-week delegation of our employees from Poland to China, during which they were tasked with launching the compressor line and other machines relocated from the previous factory. Their main objectives were to verify the proper functioning and test the programs on existing lines, as well as to start up new production lines.
Working in China was a fascinating, though demanding, experience for them. Professionally, everything went very smoothly. Our team spent many hours implementing the ERP system, preparing the warehouse for components, and conducting training for the local team. As a result, our new factory in Ningbo is now ready for full production!
Daily life in China turned out to be an extraordinary adventure for those visiting the country for the first time. The cultural and social differences were a fascinating experience that allowed them to broaden their horizons. However, they were most challenged by the entirely different climate, with humidity reaching 90%, and the spicy food.
As for the local employees, they were incredibly friendly and helpful, which further facilitated adaptation and cooperation. Thanks to this mutual kindness and enthusiasm, our team managed to achieve remarkable results.
Thanks to their dedication and hard work, Aircom Group is entering the next stage of building its brand in the global automotive world. Relocating and launching the factory from Nanjing to Ningbo, expanding the facility, and increasing production volume are milestones our team managed to achieve within these three intense weeks.
We want to thank everyone involved in this project. It is thanks to the wonderful atmosphere and team spirit that so much has been accomplished.
However, this is just the beginning of our projects. More challenges lie ahead, which we will undoubtedly tackle with the same commitment and passion.
